Communities across Benambra are behind metro centres because the housing they need and the policies to fix the crisis don't exist:

• Policy that removes barriers and red tape to increase land supply in sustainable developments in locations that benefit our communities

• Ensure the required infrastructure is in place prior to development of housing estates so residents don't have to cover the costs

• Building industry focused on energy efficient, sustainable homes that are affordable to build, power and excellent to live in

• Support training pathways for the education and training of the trades skillsets required to fix our housing crisis
